Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major UK credit cards except American Express. We DO NOT accept Electron Cards or American Express.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping & Handling is automatically calculated by the weight of your order. There is a minimum charge of £6.99 postage. The Interlink services are next working day services. This would be from the date of dispatch which is not necessarily from the date the order was placed.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process all orders received before 3pm the same day which should ensure you receive your goods the following working day. No orders are processed at weekends so orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will not automatically back order the item for you as we have found that the majority of customers order goods elsewhere.
Tax Charges
All products sold are subject to VAT at 17.5%. .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted once they reach our secure server. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed. As our products are for off-road use and subject to "extreme use" the length of warranty varies. For example, all bikes carry a 28 day guarantee for major engine parts only. If you should experience any problems or have any queries relating to your guarantee please contact us.
Consumers Only - Your right to cancel:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel
the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days,
beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to
all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of
contracts for the purchase of Used Items or Customised Items or electrical products where
the item has been unsealed.
To cancel your contract please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so
that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to
you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us
unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Returns Policy
If you need to return any product please ring us first on 01522 868204. All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure any returned goods are packaged correctly and it is advisable to take out insurance and at minimum to use the recorded delivery service. Returned goods without sufficient postage will NOT be accepted. Refunds or replacements will only be considered once the goods have been received here. If the goods you are returning are simply not required or have been ordered for any other bike than an XSport then you may be liable to an administration fee of £10 or 10% of the value of the original invoice, a credit will be placed on your account for the value of the remaining goods. No postage fees will be refunded. Obviously this fee is waived for warranty claims and mis-picked goods. Please enclose a copy of your invoice.
